+ What a fantstic place, the staff were very helpful, friendly and they really went out of their way for us. A great location, good food, clean quality accomodation, great ski hire etc etc...we will be back..

- We really can't think of anything that needs improving. Do not expect a wild night life and be ready for a few short power cuts...'this is Lebanon'....not a problem

+ Nice friendly Hotel, with a great location. Nice restaurant with good food. The room was clean and comfortable with a great view and balcony looking over the slopes. Overall very happy with our stay and would return in the future.

- The shower could have been better/improved in the room, water not very warm.

+ Location was excellent, staff friendly and always helpful, breakfast very good , room was comfortable and had excellent views over the slopes, would definitely recommend it and would also stay again.

- Only complaint was that our room was never cleaned during our short two night stay,and we had to ask for more toilet paper. On one night Boy racers racing / drifting down and up the hill on which the hotel is located was very disturbing it went on for at least 4 hours commencing about midnight. The noise disturbed the whole village but no one seemed bothered.

+ The location is great. The restaurant has brilliant views and you get a real warm feeling about the place.

- The hotel staff are a bit unfriendly, I am not sure if it is due to their lack of English, if this is the case then it is understandable. It would not put me off going back there and the next time I go back to slopes I would want to stay in the same hotel. Some more smiles would never hurt anyone.
