Head north and follow the coastal highway to the Dog River after the tunnel and then turn right, up towards Zouk Mosbeh. Follow the main road which will cross several villages like Jeita, Ballouneh, Feytroun, Faraya village and finally Mzaar Ouyoune El simane in Kfardebian.
